In our commitment to excellent customer service, we process orders promptly and deliver an email confirmation and order summary within one business day of order placement. We strive to respond to all customer emails and phone calls within 2 business days.

RETURN REFUND POLICY.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Panama Property Connection believes in helping its customers if an order cancellation is required. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

REFUND POLICY
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in
full such as installation service and professional services. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period.
